We review the onshore activity currently undertaken by the organisation and assessing the finance teams at offshore, detailing processes, systems requirements and specifications moving forwards.

• We recommends Financial systems improvements mainly on procure to pay cycle and expenses management. This will cover the Data integrity of Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable and its controllership.
